Why a Personal Retreat?
A personal retreat is the most effective version of self-discovery coaching. It’s a powerful way to reset, align your mind, emotions, and body, and rediscover a more authentic, fulfilled version of yourself. Through personalized one-on-one guidance, your retreat is tailored to your unique goals—whether you’re seeking clarity, confidence, or a deeper sense of peace—and will reconnect you to your life passion and purpose.
Your Personal Retreat
Discovery
It all begins with knowing yourself. The first step in the coaching process is Discovery where you will get clarity on who you are and what you want out of life. Personal values, life goals, and immediate pursuits will all grow from this strong foundation. In short, you will find your WHY and decide WHAT to do about it.
Direction
Knowledge without action is a waste. Discovery phase is all about Finding your WHY and WHAT, while the Direction phase allows you to depict the HOW and create a step by step plan for the implementation process. Here is where the knowing becomes doing!
What could this look like?
We will meet via Zoom several times to collaboratively craft your retreat to address your specific needs. The length, location, and specific goals will be solidified during these conversations.
The personalization of your retreat is what makes it most effective for YOU, however, there are many elements that tend to remain the same. Here is one possible schedule for a 3-day retreat:

Unloading extra weight (inhibiting thoughts and feelings)
Midday grounding
Guided journaling (campfire)
Day 2
